Rugby Shirt Competition
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The Badger Beers Rugby Shirt Competition (“the Competition”) will officially launch on Friday, 25th February 2022, with entries closing at 23:59pm on Sunday, 6th March 2022. Entries received outside these dates will not be accepted.
- To be in with a chance of winning the Competition prize, entrants must have purchased from Badger Direct between Friday, 25th February 2022 and Sunday, 6th March 2022 at 23:59pm.
- There will be 10 winners chosen at random.
- The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
- You will be entered into the prize draw by completing the information on the competition landing page when completing a Badger Direct order: https://www.badgerbeers.com/rugby-shirt-competition.
- Only one entry per customer is permitted.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
- A winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on 7th March 2022. (“Draw Date”).
- The winner will receive a Badger Beers Rugby Shirt of a size of their choice (Small, Medium, Large, X-Large or XX-Large).
- The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) from 7th March 2022. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter or cannot make the date provided, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The Promoter reserves the right to check winner is over the age of 18.
- Junk filters and IT difficulties may affect email delivery. Badger Beers accepts no responsibility for this.
- The prize will be dispatched by courier and will require a signature upon delivery. The prize will be dispatched within 4 weeks.
- Adverse weather conditions, strike action and public holidays may affect delivery dates. Badger Beers accepts no responsibility for this.
- All entries become the property of Badger Beers. Badger Beers reserves the right to withdraw this promotion, terminate the promotion or declare void any entry in the event of actual fraud in its sole opinion.
- The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
- Competitions, promotions and prize draws are open to all residents of mainland UK, aged 18 or over (proof of ID may be necessary), excluding employees of Badger Beers and Hall and Woodhouse, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the company.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending an email to [email protected] within 21 of days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
- Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.
- The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
- The Promoter of this prize draw is Hall & Woodhouse Limited of The Brewery, Blandford St Mary, Dorset DT11 9LS.
