A beer with Lesley Waters, celebrity chef.

Makers – stories from Dorset.

Exceptional characters are hard to come by, but if you’re lucky enough to find one in your local pub we highly recommend you make the most of it. We did just that when we sat down with Lesley Waters to find out how she built an illustrious career out of a passion for good food.

After becoming a much-loved TV chef and author, Lesley opened her own Cookery School, and can now be found teaching her students how to craft simple, delicious dishes in the picturesque village of Halstock, Dorset. Take a look as we ask what makes Dorset so special, and compare notes on superb seasonal produce over a pint of Badger in the Hall & Woodhouse Poundbury pub, The Duchess of Cornwall.

Before you enter the world of Badger, we just want to check — are you of legal age to drink where you are? Please remember to drink responsibly.
