We chatted to three Dorset makers over a Badger beer, (or two), who are as passionate as us when it comes to crafting the finest produce inspired by our beautiful county. The first of our video stories is told by Rupert Holloway.
Rupert created Dorset’s first gin distillery back in 2014. He’d always been a huge fan of what is now the UK’s most popular spirit, but back then Robert was unimpressed at the lack of variety. So, in his kitchen and using locally-sourced ingredients, he set about meticulously fine tuning a unique gin recipe, sip by sip, until he reached something very special.
