Presenting Citra Sunburst, our 2023 summer seasonal cask ale, exclusively available at selected Hall and Woodhouse pubs this July and August.
Our latest addition to the bar is a super summery, refreshing, and contemporary cask ale that uses trending Citra Hops combined with lager yeast to deliver a uniquely light cask ale.
The revered hop variety, Citra, builds on the light base from the lager malt, while a fermentation with lager Yeast ensures that it remains uniquely refreshing.
Light in colour and body with powerful citrus hop notes, Citra Sunburst is the perfect beer for the summer months, with a pale, straw-like colour and a subtle backdrop of lager aroma.
Perfect served freshly chilled at the bar, it’s the cherry on top of a day exploring the wild Dorset coast, catching up with old friends or relaxing in the beer garden.
