We believe that the bold and distinctive flavours of our Outland West Coast IPA deserve to be experienced by as many beer enthusiasts as possible, so we’re delighted to announce that it can now be purchased in cans!

Low malt and high hop, West Coast IPAs (short for Indian Pale Ales) are traditionally known for their bold hop aroma, high bitterness, and citrus and piney notes and flavours.

Joining the existing Outland canned range to make a five-strong line-up of craft beers, our Outland West Coast IPA offers a bold and flavourful experience thanks to its robust hop character.

Brewed with a carefully curated blend of Amarillo, Cascade and Mosaic hops, it boasts a complex profile of citrus and pine notes, culminating in a satisfyingly dry, bitter finish.

As bronze as the inhabitants of California where West Coast IPAs originate, this IPA is the perfect brew to enjoy alongside a fully loaded cheeseburger.

Why have we decided to launch in cans?

• Convenience meets craft: By introducing cans, as well as continuing to sell our IPA on tap in our Hall and Woodhouse pubs, we hope to make it easier for craft beer enthusiasts to enjoy this brew at various occasions, from outdoor adventures to casual gatherings.
• Preserving freshness: Cans offer enhanced protection against light and oxygen, ensuring that the beer inside remains as fresh as the day it was brewed.
• Wider accessibility: The addition of cans opens up new avenues for distribution, making our Outland West Coast IPA more accessible to customers.

Where can I buy the Outland West Coast IPA?

Aligning with our commitment to quality and accessibility, Outland West Coast IPA cans will initially be available to buy from our website, but from 12 February onwards, you’ll also be able to pick up a can from a big blue and red grocer near you (stay tuned to find out more)!
