Belgian Style Beer
A smooth drinking enigma with a golden glow; our Outland Belgian Blonde beer is all soft malt, fruity yeast and just enough spice to keep things interesting.
Belgian Abbaye yeast brings the spice, Hallertau and Solero hops add a zesty twist, and the light malt base keeps it all smooth. Unfiltered, fruity, and a little bit divine.
Brewed here in Dorset, it’s a modern hymn to the blonde beers of Belgium.
Did you know?
Belgium has a rich and fascinating brewing history dating back to the middle ages, however Belgian Blonde ales were created as a response to the rising popularity of pilsners in post-war Europe. Monks and brewers turned to pale malts and golden hues to tempt lager drinkers back to the abbey. Don’t be fooled by the soft glow, these beers are often stronger than they look, with fruity, spicy yeast and a smooth finish that hides their holy kick.
