Master Stoat

We believe Master Stoat is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, as no animal-derived ingredients are intentionally used in the brewing process. However, we are not certified by a vegan society and do not routinely test to verify vegan status, so we cannot make an official vegan claim.

At present, we are unable to confirm whether the beer is gluten-free. As gluten is a regulated allergen, confirming a gluten-free claim requires laboratory testing of every batch. While we are exploring options to introduce this capability in the future, we cannot currently guarantee or validate the gluten content.

Like any demanding artisan, Master Stoat appreciates complexity. That's why chocolate brownie or tiramisu make such a fitting pairing for this rich coffee stout.

For the best drinking experience, serve this beer lightly chilled at around 10-14°C. This allows the rich coffee, chocolate and toffee notes to fully develop, revealing the complex character of the beer.

A favourite among Badger drinkers, Master Stoat is brewed year-round and remains available online and in most national grocers.

We'd love to see Master Stoat on the bar too, but with limited cask space in our pubs, we can't pour every beer. Instead, we use our cask lines to showcase a range of Badger classics and seasonal favourites. You'll usually find Master Stoat chilled and ready to enjoy in bottle form in the fridge though!
