I was looking forward to enjoying a warming dark ale, and found this in a local supermarket. I opened it over Christmas and just enjoyed the beautiful caramel coffee like taste. Absolutely gorgeous pint! I am ready to buy some more to keep and enjoy with friends. I thad everything I hoped for and was really gratifying to enjoy.

Amazing. Rich coffee aroma immediately on opening. Rich coffee, smooth and creamy. Just the right amount of bitterness and sweetness. Hints of toffee/caramel and marshmallow. Yes it’s like Tiramisu too. An absolute corker.

Absolutely delicious! Another review here that said this is ‘like tiramisu’ is spot on; the coffee strength is just right and the stout itself is rich and creamy. It’s a really good drink with rich meat dishes and if there’s any left over by the time you get to dessert, it’s fantastic with anything chocolatey.

I brew my own coffee stout at home in NZ, was missing it on a recent UK trip and found this at Tesco. Fantastic drop, and the challenge now that I’m home again will be adding some caramel notes to my next brew.

I loved a well known Dublin brewers coffee stout but they sadly stopped it. Luckily I found Badgers version and it’s better! Thank heavens the other brand stopped producing it so giving me the chance to find this!

A slight underlying sweetness and a hint of toffee or caramel flavour makes this beer so addictive. I’m off to Tesco to get more soon! Yum!

Wow. This is amazing! It tastes like a tiramisu. I don’t drink much stout. However I couldn’t resist this when my husband bought it. The smell and taste is fantastic. I couldn’t recommend it enough if you like coffee, you will love this. Delicious!

Bought this on offer from Morrisons, took a chance as most bottled beers are too gassy for me. This is absolutely delicious, easy to drink with great flavours and not too gassy. A big thumbs up, will definitely be ordering again!

One of nicest coffee stouts out there. After getting a bottle from Tesco, I was curious how this would compare to other coffee stouts I have got in the past. Usually the flavours are too strong or bitter, but this was a real treat. The flavours are there but not overpowering and there is a slight sweetness there too which makes Master Stoat easy to drink and were it not the fact I only had the one bottle, I’d certainly drink multiple in an evening. I dare say it’s earned a spot in my top 5 dark ales to say the least.
